Sep 09, 2022I knew my exrays were going to be very bad. And they are.. You have all knew people in your office. Everyone was very friendly. The hygienist was perfection. She took her time. And explained everything that needed immediately fix. I was very emotional and she was great talking to me. You have a therapist there also. I sure want her by my side with upcoming appointments. Dr Lee is great too. He took time to listen to me. I took full responsibility for the shape my teeth and what has to be done. I don’t like it. But I understand it has to be done. I would have never thought abscess teeth could travel into your brain. And my blood pressure was so necessary to be normal. My overall health is not good. I understand all that. I pray the consents are there. And my blood pressure is stable. And y’all will take care of me. Thank you y’all for understanding and helping me through my emotional journey.

Dec 31, 2021I was looking for a dentist to do some revision work that another dentist had done. It was some fillings that were terribly done and had begun to come out. I remembered a lady from our chamber of commerce telling me about Dr. Laduque at Dental Excellence. So I decided to give them a call. I have to say, this is one of the best dentist I have been to. First, there office was so accommodating. And the thing I love most is how thorough they are at explaining things & just the work they do overall. The staff was so kind and helpful and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I wish I could remember all their names so I could thank them individually. Gloria helped me w/ financing & walked me step by step through the process. And like I said, Dr. Laduque was very good at explaining things and showing me my x-ray. He & his staff were constantly asking me how I was and if I was ok. My appt. was broken into two visits because I had a bit of revision work and had to be fitted for a night guard. They sent me home w/ thorough instructions. And told me I might have some pain and sensitivity but gave me instructions of what to use & take to help. Both appointments I had, I came home feeling amazing! I thought for sure I’d have some kind of pain. But I had nothing!!! He really is an amazing dentist! He is definitely going to be my dentist from here on out. Again, thank you Dr. Laduque & all your staff for being so amazing & kind!!!

I have been to other dental offices and I am usually uncomfortable allowing people to take a look at my teeth. However, everyone here was very kind, talkative, they made me feel as if I were a long-time client. Dec 06, 2017Not having had dental work done in years and now needing extensive work and being in pain along with the financial aspect of it all, going to a dentist seemed like meeting the grim reaper to me. Plus having a phobia of them. Needless to say, Dr. Laduque and his staff were very friendly, comforting, and professional. I was not made to feel embarrassed or like a number. It will be a long road ahead to get my smile back the way I would like but I know I'm on the right path with this dental office. Very much a blessing and nice folks!

Sep 18, 2017I have always had a wonderful experience thru the exceptionally personable and professional staff @ Dental Excellence. This last visit was more so memorable than any others, as I shared with staff members how I had been struggling with some decisions to make while now living @ home as my parents private caregiver. Dr. LaDuque, himself, personally sat down beside me and openly offered to pray for me concerning such decisions. My heart was so touched as he and the hygienist openly prayed for me to receive GOD's wisdom. It is so refreshing to be in an environment, especially a local business that is not only faith based but 'openly' practices/shares their faith with patients!

I used to dread going to the dentist, but they go above and beyond to ease my stress and help me have the best experience possible... from really listening to my concerns, to providing a blanket so I don't freeze the entire time, using a wedge to help hold my mouth open so my jaws don't cramp, etc.

They always make sure that I'm given 110% of their expertise to make sure that I am not tramatized in any way. He takes good care of both of my kids as well and I could not ask for any better service. Thanks again to Doc and his excellent staff.

The treatment plans they provide are concise and informative while the people maintain a personal touch and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
